Sriwijaya Journal of International Law (SJIL) is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing critical and theoretically informed scholarship on international law, with a particular focus on legal issues, experiences, and perspectives emerging from the Global South.
The journal examines how international law is developed, interpreted, and applied across diverse political, economic, social, and comparative contexts, while critically engaging with questions of power, inequality, sovereignty, colonial legacies, development, and the changing structure of the international legal order.
