About the Journal

Repertorium: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum Kenotariatan is a peer–reviewed journal published by the Master of Notarial Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, Indonesia. It serves as an academic forum for disseminating advanced research and critical thought in notarial and land deed official (PPAT) law, supporting the development of contemporary private law in Indonesia and reflecting the academic tradition and values of Sriwijaya University.

Announcement: Change of Publication Language Starting from Volume 15, Issue 1 (May 2026), Repertorium: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum Kenotariatan will publish all articles in English. This policy aims to enhance the journal’s international visibility and accessibility for a broader academic audience, as well as to align with the standards of reputable international journals. Authors are therefore kindly requested to prepare and submit manuscripts in English for consideration in upcoming issues. Submissions written in Indonesian will no longer be accepted starting from the mentioned volume.
