About Journal:

Repertorium: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum Kenotariatan is a peer–reviewed journal published by the Master of Notarial Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, Indonesia. It serves as an academic forum for disseminating advanced research and critical thought in notarial and land deed official (PPAT) law, supporting the development of contemporary private law in Indonesia and reflecting the academic tradition and values of Sriwijaya University.

Focus and scope:

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, Contract Law, Agreement Law, Property and Land Law, Company Law, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Cyber Notary and digitalization of notarial services, as well as other branches of law that have a direct impact on the duties and responsibilities of notaries and PPAT. The journal welcomes doctrinal, normative, empirical, and comparative research, particularly those engaging with recent legislative reforms, landmark judicial decisions, and emerging legal challenges at the national and international levels.

Journal History:

The Repertorium: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum Kenotariatan is an academic journal published by the Master of Notarial Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, which was first issued in print in 2011. In response to developments in academic publishing and to broaden its readership, Repertorium migrated to an electronic journal format, with its first online issue published in Volume 7 Number 2 (November 2018). In 2019, the journal obtained an electronic ISSN (E-ISSN 2655-8610) from the Indonesian National ISSN Centre, effective from Volume 8 Number 1 (May 2019), and in the same year it achieved its first national accreditation as SINTA 5, valid starting from Volume 8 Number 1 of 2018. In 2022, based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number 204/E/KPT/2022, the journal successfully underwent re-accreditation and was upgraded to SINTA 4, marking further recognition of its improved quality and contribution to Indonesian legal scholarship.
