LoA Simbur Cahaya

Notice to All Authors: Following up on several complaints and findings submitted to the Simbur Cahaya management regarding Letters of Acceptance (LoAs) issued by individuals seeking personal gain and causing harm to Simbur Cahaya, including demands for publication despite no such agreement ever having been made. We wish to emphasise that any fraudulent acts committed by such individuals under the pretence of assisting with publication are not the responsibility of Simbur Cahaya. Please note that to date, all articles published on Simbur Cahaya have been free of charge, with no fees whatsoever. Simbur Cahaya accepts no responsibility for any charges imposed by third parties. With effect from 1 October 2025, Simbur Cahaya will no longer issue Letters of Acceptance (LoAs) separately from the OJS system. LoAs issued before 1 October 2025 that do not bear the official letterhead and do not originate directly from the Editor-in-Chief  are not the responsibility of Simbur Cahaya. Simbur Cahaya reiterates that all journal publication processes must be carried out via OJS, not manually by the Simbur Cahaya editorial team or administrators. We are unable to process any publication-related complaints directed at Simbur Cahaya if the article submission process has not been carried out via OJS. Thank you for your attention.
