About the Journal
Jurist Jurist Concordia is a scientific journal in the field of law and social humanities managed by the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University. The scope of this journal includes the results of research and service in the fields of law and social-humanities such as, but not limited to, state law, international law, Islamic law, judicial system, advocacy, criminal law, business law, human rights, agrarian and natural resource law, legal anthropology, socio-legal studies, philosophy, political science and government, forensic criminology, international relations, and other fields of legal science, and so on. All papers submitted to this journal should be written in English. Principally, the journal's editorial policy is to favour contributions which will be of interest to a wide cross-section of its readership - contributions which, if specialised, nevertheless serve to bring out matters of broader interest or importance within their specialisation. However, articles which are not included in the area of law and social sciences are not covered and out of the scope of this journal. The journal is published biannually in February and August.
