ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KASUS CERAI GUGAT DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Beberapa tahun belakangan ini perceraian menjadi istilah yang sangat populer di telinga masyarakat, hal ini karena angka perceraian semakin hari terusbertambah. Tidak kurang dari lima orang setiap harinya berubah statusnyamenjadi janda/duda. Rata-rata perceraian didominasi oleh cerai gugat. Hal ini menarik perhatian untuk diteliti. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam pada istri yang melakukan gugat cerai. Hasil studi literatur tentang perceraian di Indonesia terlihat bahwa penyebab perceraian antara lain faktor ekonomi, faktor komunikasi yang buruk, faktor adanya orang ketiga atau perselingkuhan,  serta faktor sosial dan budaya. Dari hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa pentingnya pendidikan pra-nikah, bukan hanya sebatas formalitas proses untuk melaksanakan pernikahan serta rata-rata pasangan yang sudah bercerai mengakui bahwa minimnya kesadaran terhadap makna pernikahan.Kata Kunci : Perceraian, cerai-gugat, fenomena, refleksi In recent years, divorce has become a very popular term in the public's ears, this is because the divorce rate continues to increase day by day. No less than five people every day change their status to become widows/widowers. On average, divorce is dominated by contested divorce. This is interesting to research. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are based on literature studies and in-depth interviews with wives who are suing for divorce. The results of a literature study on divorce in Indonesia show that the causes of divorce include economic factors, poor communication factors, the presence of a third person or infidelity, as well as social and cultural factors. The results of the interviews show that the importance of pre-marital education is not just limited to the formality of the process of carrying out a marriage and the average divorced couple admits that there is a lack of awareness of the meaning of marriage.Keywords : Divorce, divorce, phenomenon, reflection
